How do I work out with an exercise wheel?
Start from a kneeling position with the wheel in front of you, positioned beneath your chest. Hold it centrally so that your body weight is balanced and slowly move yourself forward, letting the wheel do the work as your arms and torso straighten. Using your core, slowly roll yourself back. Like all gym equipment, you’ll find it easier to work out with the more you practice.
