Foam Yoga Block and Strap Set

Struggling to perform certain yoga poses? Sounds like you need a set of foam yoga blocks from Core Balance. Placing them on the floor helps to bring the floor closer to you when stretching into a yoga pose. They can also be used to enhance your alignment and posture.

Enhanced Grip & Comfort

The set includes two EVA foam blocks which are softer than cork blocks and have bevelled edges for a secure, comfortable grip. Simply wipe them with a damp cloth for hygienic use.

Lightweight & Compact

Foam blocks are lighter than cork blocks. They’re also compact for easy portability. Each block measures 22.8cm x 14.9cm x 7.6cm to easily pop into your gym bag and carry to yoga classes.

Adjustable Yoga Strap

A yoga strap is also included to stretch deeper into a yoga pose. For example, you can loop one end over your foot and walk your hands down it to stretch deeper into a dancer pose.

Webbed Cotton Material

The strap has a webbed cotton construction for strength and durability. A metal D-ring allows you to easily adjust its length and tighten it into a loop when practising certain yoga poses.
