At Core Balance, our main priority is the safety and wellbeing of our customers, staff and couriers during this unprecedented time.
We are monitoring the changes from the Government and Public Health England policies daily and we will continue to keep you updated with any news and updates we feel are important to you regarding the spread of Coronvirus.
Core Balance is still open for business as usual, however, the significant increase in online orders across the UK, some couriers are experiencing delays and therefore delivery times may be longer than normal.
We have also had to adjust our working practices to keep our customers and staff safe and ensure we are still able to process orders. This has caused a small delay in getting orders out. Please be assured we are working as hard as we can to dispatch your items as safely and efficiently as possible. Please add at least 2-3 business days to the estimated delivery date of your order.
Following the closure of gyms and leisure centres we have received a significant increase in demand for home fitness items.
Please be patience with us during this time. Dispatch and deliveries could be slightly delayed, but we can ensure you we are doing everything we can to get orders processed and out for delivery as quickly as possible.
All staff who can work from home are now doing so to ensure their personal and family’s safety.
