The mat contains 230 discs and 6,210 spikes which are positioned to evenly distribute your weight. This helps to reduce the intensity of lying on them for greater comfort and relaxation.
Non-Invasive Spikes
The spikes measure 3.5mm long and are non-invasive, so instead of puncturing your skin, they apply gentle pressure to increase blood flow to the target area and reduce pain and stiffness.

With a length of 63cm and width of 41cm, the mat is perfect for treating your upper and lower back. Its 2cm thick PU foam core is shock-absorbing for superior comfort when lying down.
Skin-Friendly Cover
The mat has a 100% cotton fabric cover which has high-molecular fibres for strength and durability. It’s also breathable and skin-friendly to lie back and relax in optimum comfort.
Removable & Washable
The cover is washable with a full Velcro opening allowing you to easily remove its soft foam core. The cover has loops, so you can easily hang it up to dry whilst keeping it in shape.
